Since 2007, we have been pioneers in equine cloning. That year, the first clone of Ciruelo—the 2006 Brangus Colorado Grand Champion bull—was born, marking a milestone in our history. This achievement inspired us to found Clonargen Biotech in 2011, making us the first Argentine company specializing in horse cloning and equine genetic editing. In 2013, we achieved another historic breakthrough with the birth of clone 01 of Hannah Montana, the first clone of the Argentine Polo breed obtained through cloning. This achievement consolidated our genetic bank and our leadership in equine biotechnology, positioning us as the first company to clone Argentine polo horses. An undeniable milestone that sets us apart in our history.

Real-life cases of cloning
In 2007, we successfully cloned Ciruelo, the 2006 Palermo Grand Champion Bull of the Brangus Colorado breed, marking a key milestone in our journey. This breakthrough led to the establishment of Clonargen Biotech in 2011, making us Argentinas first equine cloning company. In 2013, we further cemented our leadership with the birth of Clone 01 of Hannah Montana, the first Polo Argentino horse clone.
